High purity Research Peptides, batch tested.

Read the certificate before you order

Master Biolabs supplies peptides and reference reagents for laboratory research. Every batch is analysed by an independent laboratory, and the batch number printed on the vial matches the certificate you can open on this site.

Why Master Biolabs

Quality you can check yourself

Everything we say about a batch is something you can check from its certificate. No figure on this site that you cannot trace back to an independent laboratory report.

Independent analysis

Identity and purity are confirmed by an independent laboratory. We do not report on our own material.

Certificate per batch

The certificate is published before you order and travels with the shipment, matched to the batch number on your vial.

Full traceability

Product, batch, certificate and order stay linked, so we can tell you exactly which batch filled your order.

Cold, protected transit

Stored cold until dispatch, packed insulated and tracked to your door. We ship within the United Kingdom only.

In stock now

Catalogued, tested, ready to ship

Every vial leaves with its batch number printed on the label, so the material on your bench can be matched back to the certificate it was released against.

Quality and testing

How a batch earns its certificate

Nothing is listed on a supplier’s word. Every batch is run on two separate methods by an independent laboratory, and reaches the catalogue only once both results agree.

Intake and quarantine

A new batch is logged, held apart from sellable stock and sampled.

RP-HPLC

C18 separation, detection at 214nm. The peak area is the purity figure we publish.

LC-MS

Measured molecular mass has to match the sequence on the label, or the batch fails.

Certificate issued

Chromatogram, endotoxin and heavy metal screens, published against the batch number.

The laboratory name, the method detail, the chromatogram, the endotoxin screen and the heavy metal screen appear in full on every certificate we publish. A safety data sheet is available for every product.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

The questions we are asked before a first order, answered plainly. If yours is not here, we will answer it directly.

What are Master Biolabs products intended for?

Laboratory research and development only. Our products are not medicinal products under the Human Medicines Regulations 2012, have not been authorised by the MHRA, and are not for human or animal use or any clinical purpose. Buyers are responsible for safe handling, storage, disposal and COSHH compliance.

Accounts are open to people aged 18 or over buying on behalf of a research institution, laboratory or business, working in a controlled research environment. We do not sell to the general public, we may ask for institutional details before releasing a first order, and we may decline any order at our discretion.

Each batch is analysed by an independent laboratory using RP-HPLC on a C18 column with detection at 214nm, with LC-MS identity confirmation, an endotoxin screen and a heavy metal screen. The purity figure on the certificate is the figure that laboratory reported for that batch.

Every vial is printed with a batch number. Enter it in the batch search on our certificates page to open the matching certificate of analysis. A safety data sheet is available for every product.

Still deciding? Send us the question and we will answer it directly.
